Writing related experience

I have been writing since I was a teenager. I graduated from high school with a literary arts award. I went on to take literary art courses both from the University of Winnipeg and the University of Victoria.

My writing has appeared in a collection of magazines.

Recently, my articles have been feature in Knit Together – the Canadian Guild of Knitter’s quarterly publication. As well my writing has appeared in two books: CBC Vancouver’s Flavours of Vancouver and Judy Brown’s Knitting Notes.

I founded the Mayne Island writing group.

Novelty Yarn was my first book. Novelty Yarn is an audio book collection of short stories whose central theme is knitting. Following on the success of Novelty Yarn I have recently published Yarn Therapy. Yarn Therapy is a learn-to-knit pattern book.
